Shipping and Delivery Date
All orders are shipped from Japan using DHL or FedEx and all shipments are insured for safety.
The shipping fee is 6000 Japanese Yen shipping from Japan. It will be automatically converted to the currency selected which will be shown at Check Out.
We also ship all products by requesting them to obtain a direct signature from the consignee or a representative at the delivery address （Please note that under the circumstances of Covid-19, in some areas this service will not be applied）.
In-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
For items that need to be resized or custom-made, it usually takes 3 to 8 weeks to ship, depending on the product and its contents.

As soon as we are ready to ship, we will send you an email with details including the tracking number and the estimated delivery date together with a link to track your order.
You can also contact your local DHL or FedEx office directly.
After shipment, you will be sent a link by SMS or email for you to access their portal site（DHL On Demand Delivery service or FedEx Delivery Manager service）which you can arrange the delivery by choosing how, when and where they deliver your shipment.
We currently only offer a standard delivery service for international orders which usually takes for 3 to 5 business days for delivery. It may take longer if goods are stopped at the customs or under some special circumstances.
The price at the time of payment for international orders does not include any duties or taxes and relevant handling fee as we cannot advise on the exact cost of customs duties and taxes. You will be responsible for paying any duties and taxes that are determined according to the laws of the country in which you receive your order.
DHL- by paying directly to DHL, you will be able to receive your goods. We can advise that you can check with DHL or local tax office for the tax amount before delivery.
FedEx - you will receive all information for the tax amount to pay by yourself to release the goods from the customs before delivery.
If an item purchased in Japanese yen is shipped to an address outside of Japan, the tax-included price will be displayed at Check Out, and will be purchased the item with the Japanese tax-included price. However, if it is the case, we will refund the Japanese tax (10%) to the credit card you paid to within 5 days including the date of purchase.
